How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Dateseight Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Dateseight Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Dateseight Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@dateseight.bar and include:

  • Your name and a way to contact you
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include talking with the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
